1850 - York, Green, Wisconsin with the widow Polly Miller 1880 - Monroe, Green, Wisconsin with husband and family 1900 - with daughter Helen 1905 - 1910 - head of household, Janesville Ward 3, Rock, Wisconsin, E. Milwaukee St. with daughter Adele unmarried, Lucinda widowed - E. Washington St., near Court Her great niece May Ludlow was married to Frank Luchsinger of Monroe. Frank was the monument dealer who put up Arubut Ludlow's elborate monument. Frank died in 1944. One would think if Lucinda was buried in Monroe, she would have a headstone made by him. It seems she and daughter Adele must be buried in Janesville. Her husbands obit makes no mention of her even though she is still living at the time of his death. |
