Was one of the men who established the Congregational Church (I think it was Cong.) and i f I remember right the first pastor was a former pastor of the Little Brown Church. George lived there until around the turn of the century and then moved to Estherville and finally to Charles City. The Little Brown Church was built (along with other men) by Valentine Haas before he moved back to Tryone WI. |
