Organized at Madison, Wis., April, 1865. Moved to St. Louis, Mo., thence to Holden, Mo., and guard workmen on the Pacific Railroad till June 21. Moved to Fort Leavenworth, Kan., and duty there till July 28. Mustered out July 28, 1865.
